Craftsmanship
We work slow enough to be right, and fast enough to finish. Every joint, every seam, every finish is held to the standard we'd demand in our own home.

Beyond the Blueprint · Since 2020
Two generations. One standard.
The story
Tony spent twenty-five years in the trades before The5thwall was a name on a truck. He framed, hung, tiled, and finished his way through hundreds of homes across Mercer County — learning every corner of the craft the only way it ever gets learned, which is slowly, and on your knees.
Stefanos grew up on those same job sites — not as a helper, but as an apprentice learning the trade from someone who had no tolerance for shortcuts. By the time he stepped into a leadership role, he already knew the difference between work that would last thirty years and work that would need to be redone in five. A father-and-son operation doesn't make decisions the way a corporate general contractor does. When both names are on the line, every detail matters.
In 2020, they made it official. The5thwall was the answer to a question they'd been living for years: what would a construction company look like if the owners were actually on the tools, on every job, held to a standard they'd want in their own home? They didn't want to manage a company from a distance. They wanted to build one from the inside.
He taught me how to frame a wall before he taught me how to drive.
The name came from a conversation about what separates a renovation from a transformation. A floor plan has four walls. The fifth wall is everything else — the attention to the return trim, the way the tile lines up with the threshold, the coat of primer under the finish paint that no one will ever see but everyone will feel. That's the standard they hold every project to.
Today, they run every job the same way they always have: side by side, on the tools, in the details. If you've hired The5thwall, you've hired both of them.

Co-Founder & Master Craftsman
With over 25 years in the trades, Tony is the foundation The5thwall was built on. He's framed walls, hung doors, laid tile, and finished trim in hundreds of homes across Central New Jersey. His philosophy is simple: do it right, do it once, and leave it better than you found it. Tony co-founded The5thwall with his son Stefanos to build a company that reflects the values he's lived by his entire career — honest work, fair pricing, and craftsmanship you can see and feel.

Co-Founder & Project Lead
Stefanos grew up on job sites alongside his father, learning the trade from the ground up before ever picking up a blueprint. Today he runs day-to-day operations — managing timelines, coordinating crews, and keeping homeowners informed every step of the way. He brings a modern eye for design and technology to The5thwall while holding onto the old-school work ethic his father instilled in him. When you call The5thwall, Stefanos is the one making sure your project stays on track and on budget.
Four principles
We work slow enough to be right, and fast enough to finish. Every joint, every seam, every finish is held to the standard we'd demand in our own home.
No hidden fees. No surprise change orders. No vague timelines. You get a written scope on day one and a direct line to the owner every week after.
Measured twice. Cut once. Inspected three times before it's called done. Precision isn't a tagline — it's the difference between a renovation that lasts five years and one that lasts thirty.
You hired a builder. You got a partner. We treat your home and your time the way we'd want ours treated — which means clean job sites, kept timelines, and zero ego.
By the numbers
Behind the work
Framing, tools, dust, hands, the crew — the work behind the reveal shots.

Where we work
We stay close to home on purpose. It means we can be on your site the same day, know your building inspector by first name, and pull from a roster of local trades we've worked beside for twenty years. This is our county. We're not a North Jersey firm dispatching a crew — we live and work here.
HQ: Lawrence Township, NJ · NJ HIC registered · $2M liability

A note from the co-founder
If you've read this far, you probably know the difference between a contractor who shows up once and a contractor who shows up every day. You've seen both kinds. You know which one leaves your home better and which one leaves you chasing calls.
When you hire The5thwall, you're hiring my father and me directly. Not a project manager we dispatched. Not a subcontractor we haven't met. The two of us, on your site, start to finish. My dad will be on the tools. I'll be running the schedule, coordinating the crew, and keeping you in the loop every step of the way.
If that sounds like the kind of crew you want in your home, I'd like to meet you on your site.

The next step
Every project starts with a conversation in the room where the work will happen. No estimate fees. No high-pressure pitch. Just the two of us, a tape measure, and a clear plan.
