Parkway Avenue Corridor — 1950s-1970s Homes#
The residential streets along Parkway Avenue and the surrounding area feature predominantly mid-century construction — ranches, bi-levels, and modest colonials built during Ewing's post-war growth. These homes are structurally solid but often carry original kitchens, bathrooms, and mechanicals that are well past replacement age. They're also strong candidates for basement finishing since most have 8-foot ceilings and functional layouts.
Mountain View & Hillwood — Established Family Neighborhoods#
Mountain View and Hillwood feature well-maintained mid-century homes on generous lots.
